Madinah Arabic Reader Book 1

Madina Arabic Reader, is a compact Arabic course in eight series of  book for learners whose mother tongue is not Arabic. It is designed to teach Classical Arabic with Islamic orientation along with the diction used in modern Arabic. It is widley used as a textbook in many parts of the world and Each lesson, based on a conversation, illustrates distinctive language patterns. These patterns are elucidated by a variety of helpful exercises.

The vocabulary ranges from classical and Quranic Arabic to modern Arabic.

Dr. V. Abdur Rahim has been associated with the work of teaching Arabic as a foreign language for about half a century and In addition to the well known textbook Durus al-lughah. Formerly, he was the Director of the Institute of Teaching Arabic as a foreign language at the Islamic University of Madinah. Presently he is the Director, Translation Centre, King Fahd Quran Printing Complex, Madinah.
